Angelena began her real estate career in 2006, earning her license and practicing alongside her mother, Brenda T. Simon at  Simon Real Estate, LLC⁠. Today, she proudly rejoins the team to help carry forward the legacy of integrity, family values, and dedication that her mother and sister, Calyn Welch, have built throughout the community.

A graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising, Angelena brings a diverse professional background and a wealth of marketing expertise to the real estate industry. She formerly co-hosted the television program The Sean Payton Show alongside Sean Payton, offering viewers weekly insight into professional football. Her career has also included acting roles in the Disney film Revenge of the Bridesmaids and the CBS series NCIS: New Orleans.

As the owner of  Brocato Photography Collective⁠, Angelena has spent nearly two decades as a successful entrepreneur and professional photographer. More recently, she expanded her business ventures by opening  Arcade Brocato⁠, a vibrant café and gathering space that has become a treasured addition to Main Street in Patterson.

With a creative vision, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of branding, marketing, and visual presentation, Angelena offers clients a unique advantage in today’s real estate market. Her appreciation for the power of professional photography and strategic marketing, combined with her passion for helping others, allows her to expertly showcase properties and help buyers, sellers, and investors envision the possibilities within residential and commercial spaces throughout the Gulf Coast region.
