Since joining Simon Real Estate, LLC in May 2018, Calyn’s drive and success earned her the Top Listing and Selling Agent Awards for 6 Consecutive Years.  Her personable personality, exceptional marketing skills and knowledge of the market has led to her success in helping numerous families in their Real Estate needs.  Calyn’s motivation and attention to detail is what sets her apart in this industry.  As a lifelong resident of Patterson, Calyn’s love for her hometown and its surrounding areas is evident with the heart and dedication she invests into her clients and their properties.  She has also been around the Real Estate Industry for 30+ years as her mother is Founder and former Broker, Brenda T.
